Recent studies from the London School of Economics show how Brexit has transformed British trade. Before 2021, the impact had been partially delayed: many businesses had simply waited to see which rules would actually apply. With the entry into force of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) between the United Kingdom and the European Union in early 2021, the change was immediate.
