The partnership works in both directions. SGS & Partners supports Saudi companies and investors expanding into the UK and Europe with accounting, tax, advisory and family office services. Aeternum Advisory supports foreign companies entering Saudi Arabia on market entry strategy, business registration and setup, with legal services from its strategic partner, Osama Saad Al Yamani Law Company (OSY Law Co.).

The partnership comes as the UK-GCC free trade agreement, concluded in May 2026, sets new terms for trade between the UK and the Gulf states, Saudi Arabia among them.
