Simone acts as principal for SGSP, handling corporate reorganisations, cross border transactions, governance matters, as well as strategic and business management advice for a vast number of corporate and private clients. He is a member of the Board of Directors in many companies, acting as both executive and non-executive director. He is also Chief Operational Officer for an Irish regulated financial broker.

Before joining SGSP, Simone worked for a merchant bank and various consultancies based in UK, Italy and Switzerland.
